ACCOMMODATION
Place Farm House Residential Home strives to provide a homely and luxury environment for residents to enjoy their time in their room with the assurance that help is always on hand if required. All bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, including eight with a shower. Place Farm House actively encourage all residents to bring not only their personal possessions but any furniture, pictures, indeed anything that make you feel more at home. Residents also have access to free Wi-Fi in their room reflecting the modern needs of our residents nowadays.
DINING AND COMMUNAL FACILITIES
Place Farm House believes food and drink should be a pleasure shared with other’s and our two in-house chef’s provide delicious and nutritious four weekly menus. The residents always have input as to the menu choices and we adapt the menu on an ongoing basis.
We encourage all the residents to eat together in our well-furnished and comfortable dining room area. This hosts a varied lunch menu with complimentary sherries and for supper, a choice of lighter meals and desserts. Residents can have the choice of having Breakfast in their own room or enjoying it with other residents in the Dining Room. The home will be happy to discuss any dietary requirements you have with a range of special diets being catered for. All our foods are from locally sourced suppliers and home cooked
Place Farm House Residential Home have a large open plan living area for residents to share and enjoy together. We believe shared interaction is important for ongoing stimulation and enjoyment within the home. The home has a luxury mezzanine area, providing a vantage point overlooking the garden and an area to relax in.

GARDEN AREA
Place Farm House gardens were renovated in 2024/2025 as part of the home’s wider re-development. A key aspect of this providing step free access from inside to out to promote residents' independence. There is a summerhouse which is comfortably furnished and accessible all year round and outside seating to enjoy the tranquillity of the space. Place Farm House loves to hold events and activities outside for the residents when the weather allows and our bi fold doors out onto the garden creates that seamless transition for each space to be enjoyed. Our electric gate also provides a safe environment for everyone to enjoy.
